Reflections on Consciousness

Here are some of my approaches toward inner focus which can be used for Remote Viewing, Meditation, and related things. It's always good to have an awareness of our physical thinking self as well as an awareness of our conscious "I" by objectively observing the subtle difference, outside of the daily hustle and bustle, which becomes increasingly more clear in deeper, more relaxed states. I hope to make more useful videos in the future.
