One of my favorite sessions. Why? Because it came so easily and fluidly, all in around the time of 15-20 minutes. But more importantly it felt great. Just a beautiful target. I am not a Buddhist but I recommend following the advice at the very end: if you direct this to yourself or someone else you will glow in a very real way.
